      D'Andrey W***** aka Andre, the owner of Solzar came to give us a quote for a patio under our deck. We needed to have it done and graded properly so that water would flow away from the house. We entered a contract, and paid 25% upfront. The crew showed up to do work, and they never came back to finish. On the day they came to work, Andre collected the rest of the money. We have paid in full. We asked him when he would come back to finish and he turned his phone off and blocked me and my husband from communicating with him. Additionally, we had 2 other companies come out to finish the job to tell us it wasn't even done correctly, and is not graded or compact. We basically have to pay again for all the work to be done. Andre is in breach of a signed contract, and not finishing the work. We would like a refund
