    This company is the worst I’ve had to deal with in a long time. They were contracted out to me by my home warranty. ATR came to my home on 7/11/23 to service my HVAC furnace. The guy told me they disconnected my unit and ordered some parts for repair. I gave a follow up call about a six weeks later, they said they were getting approval for my parts. I called back in about 3 weeks and got the same excuse as to why they hadn’t retuned to my home so I said this was poor business I complained about how hot it is and being without AC I asked what’s the problem so than the guy apologized and said he’ll order the parts now. I follow up in late October (now weather has changed but it’s still the furnace I’m dealing with) and they tell me they no longer service my area. I’m confused they took the money provided to them to come to my home not sure if they truly ordered the parts but the fact that they could say they no longer service my area. So I call my home warranty and I’m mad they took my service fee and want me to pay again I wait three more weeks but it’s getting cold so I call and pay the service fee again. New provider comes out and shows me the prior provider cut every wire in the furnace. This is what they call disconnect. Really ….. found out my home warranty ended there contract THEY WERE FIRED. They truly deserve no star but I’m forced to put one minimum

    AHS sent ATR to evaluate our AC unit. They came to our home on 6/19 and noted a bad compressor and that we needed 11 lbs of refrigerant. The total estimate was $1485. So many calls placed and voicemails left. We finally reached them and paid them and they gave us a date to return to our home on 7/6/23 between 11am-2pm. 2pm approaches and we don’t hear from ATR. I called the company and was told “your part did not come in, so they will not be able to come to your home today.” Why did I have to call them to find out they were not coming? So fast forward to the following week, we finally get a date for 7/14/23. They came out and “repaired the unit and refilled our refrigerant. A week goes by, everything is working smoothly. On 7/23/23 we noticed that the upstairs was feeling awfully warm again and the thermostat began to read 80 degrees although set to a much lower temperature. A few more days go by, and my husband visualized what appeared to be frost along the hose attached to the AC. We assumed that the refrigerant had leaked out based on research. This company came to our home less than 2 weeks ago to “repair” our unit. After multiple calls, ATR finally reaches out and gives us a date for a return for an evaluation on 8/7/23. They NOW say that the motor is bad. They “order” the part and schedule a return for 8/11/23 between 11am-2pm. I received a text at 1:28 pm saying the technician was sick and could not make it. Although I was upset, I tried to be understanding. So they gave us another date for today, 8/15/23 between 11am-2pm. Well, as I expected, we received a text at 12:18 pm stating the technician was sick again and could not make it. We’ve already paid $1485 and still don’t have a repaired AC. Did I mention I have 3 small children and it’s the peak of the summer heat? I have never worked with a more unprofessional and disorganized company in my life! We’ve gone through this and are still without AC almost 2 months later. This company needs to be shut down!

    ATR is by far the worst company I've ever had to interact with. I blame most of the issue on my home warranty company AHS and I feel as though they both are in cahoots with some sort of scam between the two. I put in a service request to have my AC look at because it was not working. American Home shield dispatch ATR to take care of the request. The first technician came out didn't really do a good diagnosis of the issue. Didn't go up in the attic or anything just went straight to the unit outside and said I think I fixed your leak. He claimed he had to come back out and test again to see if the pressure would stay in the line. If not that meant the leak was not fixed. ATR also stated we had to pay for the freon up front ($525) because there was none in the unit before the second technician will come back out. The second technician came out a week and a half later he did a different diagnosis and did a testing of delete with nitrogen and said that the leak needed to be repaired by replacing the condenser coil but he failed to tell us that he noted the part was damaged by pet urine which is what he reported to the Home warranty company but did not report it to us. American Home shield of course denied to cover any cost. ATR failed to return our money to us since they could not fix the issue unless we paid out of pocket to replace the part that American Home shield would not cover. We decided to get a second opinion which was approved by American Home shield and the second company which was great came out and found that ATR left nitrogen in the line and the pressure had raised to 560 lb and per the technician there should be less than 300. The second company stated that ATR damage the compressor. This was reported back to American Home shield but American Home shield never follow through with ATR to advise them of the damage that they did. We basically got to run around from both companies and no one took responsibility for the damage that was done.

    Second time being made to use this company... they refuse to answer the phones for days it goes to vm... they took the money from the home warranty and won't return to complete what they say is wrong. 2 years in a row I've had air conditioning problems and this company has left me stuck with no service and my money gone.. this is some kind of racket between them and the home warranty company called cinch
