    Have used A-1 (now part of Krafft) since 1998 and have always had excellent service. Most of the technicians have a long tenure with the company and will remember your unit specifically. An outstanding company with reliable and timely service.

    We have been customers of Krafft for many years, and are very happy with them. Conrad came by to inspect our AC system today and found a problem with a new AC another company had installed. The only reason the AC was installed by another company was because plumbing was also needed in the overall job, which Krafft does not do. So Conrad and Krafft saved us. Otherwise we would not have known anything was wrong.
    Pablo has been to our house before, and is also very good. Everything comes down to the people.
