      Hello Verisma, I will begin with a little comedy. Your email should be changed to [email protected]! I have been on hold with you for over an hour & 1/2, why don't you give some unemployed people a job? So all kidding aside your organization sucks! 6 months and two tries to get medical notes sent to my daughters new Dr. Y** and ***** ***** just do not even fulfill the request, you just ignore it. That is why you suck! I demand to speak to someone at NoSolutions via email regarding this matter. Please provide me a direct contacts name, email and direct phone number?       I've contacted Verisma repeatedly via email to obtain the correct billing invoice for a bill that was paid so that I can submit it to my Health Savings Account. It has been about over three months with no reply from them via email and their phone number has me on hold for about an hour now.

      I am a life insurance agent/financial advisor. I have been having issues getting Verisma to send medical records for multiple clients for the past 5 months now. The thing that put me over the edge is trying to obtain MY OWN medical records. I have called 12 times over the past few weeks and each time I go through to automated options and end up sitting on hold for well over an hour. This is taking time away from business and calling clients I have. I need to get MY OWN medical records in order to have a long-term care policy approved and now I am getting a 30 day notice from the company that if the medical records are not received in said time, the application we'll be rejected and I will have to start all over again with price changes due to age change.

      I am applying for a life insurance policy and the life insurance company has been requesting my medical records for months. My doctor's office said they referred the request to Verisma and gave me Verisma's phone number to check status (************). For the past several days I have called this number and waited on hold for over 30 minutes each time, and have never been connected with anyone. I put a contact request into Verisma's website and have not heard from them, more than 24 hours after my request. I am on the verge of having my insurance application denied due to this situation. I am very frustrated that despite spending a lot of time and trying everything I could think of, I have been unable to contact Verisma. To put it bluntly: Verisma's lack of any form of customer service whatsoever is unacceptable.

      I recently moved from NYC to CT and have been trying to obtain my 4 children's medical records through Verisma. I completed the requests online and received confirmation, however never received a follow up email with invoice numbers. My initial request was submitted 4/26/22. I tried to contact Verisma on 5/2/22 and was on hold for 2+ hours and no one picked up the phone. I have submitted a customer support request via and received no response. I submitted a new request yesterday and I received the confirmations but again no invoice numbers. School is about to start, and I cannot make an appointment for my children to be seen because the medical records have not been released. This is horrendous customer service for something that is so important.

      I have been trying to get an itemized receipt for a CT scan. I need this information to get a benefits card unlocked because the provider needs the itemized receipt for proof of the service provided with the date, service provided, and for the amount I paid. Verisma will not return calls, will not answer emails. I have called my self for over a week and no one will even answer the phone. I've been waiting on an average of 45 minutes on hold with NO answer. I need this receipt so my benefits card can be unsuspended. I need additional medical card and cannot get it because I cannot get this receipt. The service was done at ***** ****** Hospital *** ******* ****** San Francisco, CA ***** (******* ****** *****). My DOB is ********. Date of service 4/22/22.
