Personal Training Studio provides:
Personal Training: builds strength, burns fat, and improves conditioning.
Sessions are one-on-one with a customized program. Clients with severe
and/or chronic injuries are welcome.
CrossFit classes, TRX Suspension
Training Classes, Powerlifting Classes, Olympic Lifting Classes, Mobility
Classes.
Yoga: improves balance, strength,
flexibility, and endurance. Customized and private sessions are also available.
Nutrition + InBody: Customized diet plans. We use the Inbody to track
your weight loss & muscle gains.
Mobility & Movement (Myotherapy): We analyze movement inefficiencies
through screening and assessment. We trace the sources of pain to its
root cause, and we strengthen weak muscles with corrective exercises.
