      Please consider the following experience I had, before ever bringing your dogs to the Paw Spa in Alexandria. I will never return to this establishment and do not recommend to anyone due to the disrespectful behavior of the manager and the fact that they would not return my dog to me immediately when I requested, while using profanity for long durations and accusing me of wanting my dog back early for other reasons unrelated to what I explained.
      On my fourth visit to the Paw Spa I decided that I wanted to pick my dog up early and cut the appointment short for two reasons:
      1. I booked a 100-minute appointment and was told it would take 4 hours after they had taken her back. 2. She seemed very uncomfortable and was crying as she was taken back. I realize that this is normal for some dogs, but it is not normal behavior for my dog.
      I returned 20 minutes after initially dropping her off and asked if I could take her early while apologizing for the inconvenience, but I would pay the full price. The manager who I did not see the first time proceeded to yell and cuss at me while telling me not to tell her how to run her business. I remained calm and explained the reasons that I would like to get my dog and told her that I would feel better if I can get her, pay the full amount and bring her back when I have more time and my dog is feeling more comfortable. She went back and told me the dog was wet and wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes while using profanity in the process. I asked if they could towel dry her and give her to me now, but she refused and told me I would have to come back in 30 min.
      I returned in 30 min and the door was locked. I knocked and rang the doorbell for a few min before it was answered and I was allowed to go in to get my dog and pay. After about 10 minute of the manager yelling at me, using profanity saying that I was taking my dog early for unrelated reasons; then they allowed me to pay the bill for the full amount and leave with my dog.
