      I contacted Lansinoh multiple times by email and phone to return their wearable breast pump that had been unused and unopened since receiving. I spoke on the phone with ******* who told me that I would receive a return label and a digital refund. This was on December 8th. I complied with the email on what needed to be done to receive my refund and have no had a response. I also emailed the ********** group referenced in the first email for my refund who stated that they do not initiate refunds on behalf of businesses. I want to return the product and receive my refund.

      In early June I purchased a brand new breast pump from ********, which I notice was defective once I opened the box. The tubing was damaged so I wasn’t able to use it. I called Lansinoh and explained that the brand new pump was defective and they promised to overnight a new tube. However, they sent duckbills instead. It was now Friday and I had to wait another 3 days for the correct part so I was advised to purchase a manual pump and they would reimburse me. It’s been almost 3 months and I still haven’t received the reimbursement. CS keeps giving me a different time line everytime I contact them

      I purchased a large box of Lansinoh storage bags (200 bags) on December 7th, 2022 for $26.56. The box I received was defective. I reached out to Lansinoh customer service to let them know the bags would not seal. They asked for the batch number, pictures and a video, which I provided and have available (could not attach here). They then assured me I would be receiving a refund. That was nearly four months ago. I have repeatedly contacted support, but have not received any answer on when I can expect a resolution. Unfortunately, I am now also outside the ****** return window.

      On March 07, 2022 I purchased a breast pump from ************ in Barrie, ON, Canada..I noticed defects with the pump including defective motor and sharp parts around the pump and on March 8 2022 applied for a refund via email with the company directly. I was approved the same day after providing an electronic copy of the receipt. The first time I received anything from the company was October 30, 2022, 7 1/2 months later. Two checks arrived at the same time as I had been asking every few weeks if checks had been sent. One check was dated September 27, 2022 and the otherJune 30, 2022. The company told me to dispose of the one from June as that’s the only one that was cancelled. I deposited the check from September and it bounced, withdrawing the money back from my account. I’ve since contacted the company and have not heard back. This was paid for on a credit card which now requires interest paid because the company cannot send a proper check.
