    I paid nearly $40 for a pizza that was delivered to the wrong door without anyone knocking or marking the order as delivered in the app. When I contacted the business 45 minutes after the requested delivery time, I was told it was 5 minutes out. 15 minutes later, I was told it had actually been outside the whole time. I had been waiting near the door in a quiet house since the pizza had been marked as en route, so it was apparently delivered in stealth mode. The business declined to offer a refund twice and refused to even acknowledge any kind of shortcoming in service. I want to patronize local businesses, but I do expect basic service when I do so. I will not be ordering from here again.
