    I have had mice in my apartment for the past 1 1/2 and not much has been to stop them from coming in. I had them when I first moved in and now again. I have had water damage from the apartment above me. The plumbing is old and makes a lot of noise. My neighbors are extremely loud and apparently the leasing office hasnt said anything to them, even though, I have complained quite a bit. I renewed my lease because my dog was old and he has soon just passed away. The fact the I continue to have mice is a huge issue and I would like to move out without any penalties and my deposit back. If I get charged for anything that needs to be done in the apartment, I havent caused damage, I will go to court.
