    This company collected $11,000 between Dec-March 2020 in checks for an international trip arranged for members of the ********* Symphony youth orchestras . The trip was cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The payments were made in installments for a trip that was definitely supposed to happen. To date they have back only a portion of my money. I never signed a contract that the funds were non refundable. I have emailed and called over 15 times and got the run around and to date they have yet to give me an invoice for what they did with the almost $5000.00 dollars that they kept with NO explanation . The CEO, Nita H******* yelled at me and told me I did not deserve an explanation. They are very shady and don't return phone calls or emails . My twins, both violinists ****** and ************************* were signed up for this trip. We also paid for my husband, my daughter and myself to attend as one of our boys had recently had surgery and we were not comfortable sending them internationally. I offered to let them keep $ 2500 for their efforts but they kept almost double that with absolutely no explanation of where our money went . To date they have not offers us ANYTHING for our losses. I have never had such a horrible experience with any business as this one .
