    My car got towed on June 30th at 10pm. Right after I picked it up and drove for 2 minutes, all of my sensors were messed up saying my tire pressure was off, my emergency breaking wasnt able to function, lane assist wasnt viable either, and all of my front sensors were disabled. I took my car to 4 different auto shops and finally my dealership which cost me $350. I was told that everything was messed up because the radar was knocked loose which was due to the towing. I tried calling the company and speaking to the manager for the past 3 weeks. They kept dodging my calls and saying he would call me back which he never did. When I called back today for the 5th time, he finally called me back. He was very rude and frustrating the speak with. The manager I spoke with was ******. Extremely rude and did not provide any help with the situation. I am very disappointed that he could not even be sympathetic or apologize for not reaching out sooner. I only wanted some compensation or even just other resources to contact.

    **. *** was towed for being illegally "parallel" parked in Arlington County at the request of the **************** Police Department on 06/30/2023 at 10:42 pm and was picked up by the owner at 11:27 pm. Vehicles parallel parked have to be towed with a "wheelift" tow truck to safely move the car out of the space.  A wheelift tow truck only touches the tires of the vehicle and no other part of the vehicle.  The part that was repaired by the dealership on the customers receipt is located in the top of the bumper.  There was no point of contact with that location at any time during the course of the tow.   Also, the time between the vehicle being picked up from our impound lot and the time the car was repaired was six days.  Anything could have happened to the vehicle after the tow.  Redman Fleet is not taking responsibility for a part that was not damaged during the course of the towing process.

    Although **. *** claimed that we were "dodging" her phone calls, her car was towed on a Friday night.  She spoke with the manager during normal business hours the following week.

    On another note, **. ***** tow ticket was charged with a credit card at the time she picked up the vehicle.  Our credit card machine was having a malfunction that was unbeknownst to us, she was not charged for the towing of her vehicle due to that malfunction.  So what would have been an additional charge of $175 was zero to her.
