      On the sixth of September, 2022 a person by the name of ******, who claimed to be the owner of: Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning in Alexandria, VA came to our home to clean the carpets he was scheduled to clean. After some very sloppy work he did not clean the carpets, he left the floors and carpet wet, he behaved aggressively towards my wife and during a very unpleasant and rude phone call he cursed me out...I have attached the expectation verses the performance as well as the detailed complaint

      attached I sent the grievances I have with the provider in the form of a pdf that includes:

      Claim of racist, threatening behavior towards a brown woman and her child
      Claim of fraudulent charges of rescheduling fee
      Claim of charging for NO service at all.
      Claim of damaging carpet, floor and causing work after alleged service.
      Claim of insulting a client over the phone

      I have started the complaint comparing the companies promise (in black) vs their actual performance (in red)

      then, I described what happened.

      I also attached proof of payment as well as the canceled check.

      My only request is to receive a full refund for serives not provided, being insulted by the owner, and creating much more work after he left the rugs soaked wet and the floor with puddles!

      On Oct 1, 2022, ******, owner of Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning NOVA came into my home to clean my carpet, smelling of liquor and admitting to his coworker that I think Im still drunk when he thought my husband was out of earshot. I was with my three young children in the basement when my husband told me this. I went up to inspect the carpet after they left to find DIRT and half the carpet completely dry. I called and complained about the unprofessional behavior as well as my dissatisfaction for the service. ****** called, admitted he had too much to drink the night before and apologized profusely. I said I do not feel comfortable paying for this entire service (my room HAD been cleaned nowhere else looked touched/had dirt). He agreed.He called two hours later and aggressively began demanding I pay in full for a service that he didnt complete.
