      Our washer broke and we called a repair man from Better Appliances. He was unable to complete the repair and suggested we purchase a used or refurbished washer that they sell at a reduced price. They replaced our washer with a similar washer and it worked great for almost a month.The same issue that happened with our first washer happened with the replacement. The water will not drain from the washer.I have over 15 calls/texts into the location requesting someone to come out and fix the washer. I have been ghosted by the contact at the store. He continually asks me if he can call back, after he takes down all my information and never calls back. I agreed to a $50 dollar repair fee and they still will not call me back. He requested we communicate via text and does not reply. Unacceptable.Date of Transaction: September 16, 2022 Warranty 90 days
