    To whom it might concern, My name is ****** and I found information about this business on ******* with good reviews: *********************************************************************************************************************************** On 03/24/2023, I called to make a booking and was advised (since I hadn't purchased the ******* deal) to pay directly to the business. I provided my credit card information and was charged $100 which would go towards my future service (under eye treatment).On 04/01/2023, I went to the address provided, ***************************, Alexandria, VA *********, which was a long drive for me. I quickly realized that this was not the place to do any treatments, as they had different ads about body sculpting, etc. The only person in the office was a woman named ************, who asked me to fill out documents similar to those in a doctor's office. When I informed her that I was only interested in the eye treatment, she told me that I would need multiple sessions to see results. At this point, I lost confidence in this business and decided not to have any sessions at this place and **** trying to up-sell me more confirmed that, I told her that I wanted a refund. She then gave me ***************************' email, which I knew was a trick. I asked **** to confirm that I did not receive any treatments or consultations, as I was not interested. She sent an email saying that multiple treatments were recommended. This practice looks like a scam.*************************** replied that the deposit is not refundable and covers the consultation, which was not provided to me anyway. She referred to a policy on their website, which I had never visited, as the information was found via Groupon. Nothing about that policy was mentioned during the booking process over the phone, and I did not sign any paperwork agreeing to this policy. I would greatly appreciate it if the BBB could step in to solve this ugly situation and robbery, if you wish. Many thanks,******
