      We contacted Williams Tree Service LLC for two cords of wood on September 29th 2022 and was quoted 2-3 weeks, after 3 weeks I called back and could not be told when my wood would be delivered, ***** said they were behind because the workers were still doing lawn care, waited another week and called back and asked for the owners number, I was then told it would only be a few more days my name was 4th down the list a few days later I got a call asking if I could be home the next day November 1st 2022 for a drop of, so a total of 5 weeks waiting, and finally the wood was being delivered they drop off 2 cords of what was suppose to be seasoned firewood, 231$ a cord so we paid 462$ it was and is still green, it wont burn, I have a freezing basement and trying to keep the rest of the house warm with our central heating, we keep trying to burn the wood and nothing, you can hear it sizzling, no heat, no flame nothing my husband calls and was told by ***** that she would give **** the message, its been a week almost and no call back, so I call today November 21st 2022 and the lady who answered, I did not get her name, has no clue of the owners number said she was just there helping out, said all she can do is take yet another message to give to the owner to call us back I am now out money, wood that I can not burn and no one will return our calls The picture shows its still green I can take more if needed
