    ************************* TODAY DATE: 7/22/2022 ***************************** falls church va ********* Please find my attached files I rent apartment from Wedgewood for 2 years during this time i had a lot of problems such as leaking rotches and bed bugs i moved in march 31 and they didn't send me my deposit money as they should do its 350$ deposit amount they ask me to pay for damages which is caused by the leaking inside the unite the unite is too awful and it must be closed it cant be used for a humans they fix it in appearance but it has alot of trouble .

    Good morning,

    Sorry about the late response.  The previous resident that filed the complaint, left the unit with a lot of damages.  We looked at the move-out inspection and photos, which had already been provided to the previous resident, and found that the charges were assessed appropriately.  Drywall damages and carpet replacement, both due to the previous resident’s neglect,  exceeded the amount of the security deposit.
