      I ordered a wall oven in Jan 2022. The owner kept delaying the delivery of the oven due to production delay until Jan 2023. I finally canceled the order and requested a refund. The owner issued a refund check, which was dis-honored by non-payment and account closure. I contacted the owner (**********) for a refund again. He said he does not have money to refund.

      Initially, I inquired about a refrigerator and a tv with the company. The total cost would be $52,00. Later, i decided not to the refrigerator and just the TV. I placed an order for a TV two months ago after he said that the delivery will take 2 weeks. When it was time to make the payment, he came by my workplace and collected the check for the amount for the refrigerator and the tv. When i told him not to deposit the check because we didn't want to buy the refrigerator anymore, he went and deposited the check anyway. After numerous calls, he said the tv will take another two weeks and mentioned he delivered the check back for the amount of $3,400 ( cost of fridge) but it never came in. When i offered to come by the office to pick up the check, he was not there. Its been two weeks and he has not picked up his calls and have no opened his office since then. I just want the check and the tv. please get this resolved
