      The company came and drilled a well on my property 6 months ago and have yet come.to complete the plumbing part of it. I have renters on the property who have been waiting for water and I've called multiple times and each time they give a day they'll be here nobody shows at all and don't even receive a phone call

      It's been hooked up so she does have water. We have to go back and grout the well. We are in the process of getting it finished and should have it done this week.

      I contacted Appomattox well drilling about a well inspection and water samples, they told me that they do not carry any water samples on hand and that they would have to order them. Then I would be contacted when they would be able to schedule my well inspection and water test. A week went by and I never received the call back so I called back a second time. They told me that they did have the water samples now and would schedule to come out in the following days. I asked them if they could please give me a call when they are going to come out. I never received a call. I then seen a vehicle on my home security system 3 days after of them on my property. I called them later that afternoon and asked how everything went and they told me that they were unable to find the well. I said why didn't you give me a call then like I asked. The lady chuckled and **** we tried to call but the line was busy. I have no incoming calls from their company on my phone records. I asked them when would they be coming out again and I will tell them where the well is. I was told that the guy who does the inspections is in his truck and it is currently raining so I can't ask him right now. The next day my wife called me and said that a man came into the house asking is anyone home. She panicked And called me and told me what happened. I then called back a 4th time and asked why Didn't anyone call me like I've asked, I was told that they got the well inspection done and the well samples. I asked again but why didn't anyone call me and why did your well-technician just walk into my house asking if anyone's home? Why not give me a call like I asked. I asked if your employees normally just walk in ************* without calling, i then called back a 5th time and asked if they could send the results by email I was told they could do that. It's been a week since and have not heard anything back or have I received the well inspection report.

      Paid to have a well dug, came and dug well over a year after signing contract. Then waited another year for it to be hooked up to pump and storage tank being put in. Water is unusable due to mud do to it sitting so long before hooking it up, now company will not even return our calls. Have paid in full too!

      At this time, I have been contacted by Appomattox Well Drilling Co., Inc. and they have come by and would not discuss the issue with my husband and raised the pump a few feet, now it needs to be raised again, but will not return our calls again. regarding complaint ID ********.

      Drilled a well 2 years ago at our barn.Won't come back to hook it up.We have been hauling water daily to water livestock.Have called many, many times and have been told that the equipment for our job is on the truck. That was 1.5 years ago.

      Company dug new well in October 2020. After many phone calls the company finally came back in March 2021 to hook the well up. Soon after we constantly ran out of water. Company advised that we needed to replace plumbing in all toilets and fix a small drip we had at the outdoor wood stove to make sure we did not have a leak causing the issue. We took care of this and after consulting a plumber who helped us determine we were getting less than 1/2 gallon min we called company to advise the problem was on their end. After many, many phone calls we were finally told in July of 2021 that we would get a new well but they were very booked up. In March 2022 we still had no new well. I called again to see what the issue was and I was told that I had not called enough and they had forgot about us. I sent an email stating my complaints and copied our lawyer. After that we began calling several times a month just to remind them we needed our new well. Finally in August-September 2022 they dug our new well. However, they still have not come to hook it up. We have run out of water 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I called and told the secretary on December 14th and I have not gotten a call back. We are extremely conservative with our water and we have been very patient with this company but we cannot continue living day to day like this.

      I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      On 12/19/2022 I called Appomattox Well Drilling around 8:00am and asked to speak with ******. Secretary stated that he was out.  I asked that he please give us a call before lunch.  We had not heard anything at 11:45am so we stopped by Appomattox Well Drilling and asked to speak to *************  The secretary got him on the phone and we told him we were running out of water everyday. ****** said he would be out the first of the next week.  No one showed up and no one has called us to update!

      We have contacted another business to help with this terrible situation.  The other company has been out to assess our situation and it appears Appomattox Well Drilling has left us with a huge mess and it is going to take A LOT of $$$$ to correct this problem. We have no choice but to move forward with a new company.
