    Purchased a ATV from a company with buysafe listed as guaranteeing my purchase. I have contacted buysafe numerous times for assistance as the company has not followed there warranty or replaced any of the defective parts on my ATV. The ATVs are all garbage and never worked right since day one. The companies just keep asking the same question 100 different ways in emails and never provide a solution or fix the problem.

    We utilized it for over a year with very little success or use from customers. Never had a claim. Customers did not seem to care. BEWARE!!! Cancelling with them is VERY hard. Tons of back and forth and will not cancel even though we are out of our 1 year commitment contract!!

    Buysafe is supposed to be a company that guarantees products that are sold by other companies. I purchased a Go Kart from *************.com. It arrived with damage. The frame was bent, one fender was scuffed and cracked, one fog light didn't work, and one of the wheels goes flat in about 5 minutes. I contacted *************.com and they refused to honor the warranty, so I contacted buysafe since they supposedly guaranteed the sale. It turns out they are a scam. The company pays them to use their logo (with links) to make potential buyers feel safer buying from the company. They guarantee nothing. They do nothing except pass messages back and forth between the buyer and the seller. It is nothing more than a scam to get people to buy from online sellers. Buysafe case #*****
