      They have racists working for them. They hung up on my mother, who was trying to get a payment plan. She had ask to speak to someone who speaks Spanish. When she finally got hold of one they hung up. She does know English, but recently she's been having issues with her memory. She mostly speaks Spanish now. She a federal custodial worker, who has stopped working due to an injury at work. It has taken a toll, and especially now that pepco has raised the bill.

      A PEPCO representative hung up the phone on me 8/18/2022 at approx. 12pm – 12:10pm
      My call was to seek assistance regarding my account. On my Pepco’s electric bill, I saw two charges. One for Pepco’s New charge and the second one was for “New STRMMD Supply Charge”.
      I have been Pepco’s customer for long time. I get my electric service from Pepco, Pepco send me a bill for their service, and I send them a payment. I did not sign up with any third party for electric or “Supply” service. Also, payments in Pepco’s bill should be related to Pepco’s service only! If Pepco are collecting payments for a third party, they should notify me before they inserted it in their monthly bill.
      I called to clarify this and to find who is the third-party company, for how long have they been collected payment from me through Pecos bill and more questions related to this. I talked to a female individual first and asked her to speak to her manager, and a person claim as manager couldn’t answer my questions instead, he hung up on me and never called back. Very unprofessional. I still want Pepco to give me answer about: who is the third party they are helping collecting payments from my account and why are collecting payments as Pepco bill without notifying me?
