    This company supposedly mailed out two debit cards to my mailing address in March that never arrived. I have been in constant conversation with the company and have verified my address several times yet nothing has come to me. I was recently told that they ordered me another card and has a shipped out date of April 24th. Ive asked the company for the mailing address for where the cards are coming from but never received a response. Im trying to see if this is a real company.

    This message is to follow up regarding the complaint filed with the BBB (BBB Complaint #********) against Wagestream on 04/24/2024. We would like to thank the consumer for their patience while we investigated this situation. In summary, the consumers complaint was that she had not received the initial requested debit card, nor the second replacement card that Wagestream mailed to the address provided by the consumer.

    We have reviewed all of the relevant information, and it appears that the Wagestream support team correctly issued both the initial card and the replacement card to the address provided by the consumer, which was also confirmed by the consumer in subsequent communications.

    Since Wagestream has confirmed that the cards we sent were to the address on file, it appears to be a receiving issue at the consumers end of which we have no control.
