    I registered on Verisana's website a year ago for another test, and recently sent in my liver test. I logged in to register it. After sending it out, I tried to login to check status and it said "incorrect password". I then tried the "forgot my password" link and it says my username is invalid which I just logged into 2 days ago. This is beginning to look like either their website is completely broken or they delete usernames and just don't do the tests? I am not sure what in the world is going on but I've never had a website suddenly show my username is no longer registered, and as a software engineer myself, this is very unprofessional.

    They tried to hire me as a product tester, they lied on the indeed profile saying it was with another company and about what the job even was. It feels very pyramid scheme like. And they wanted to give a person with no medical experience or credits control over giving my classmates medical tests.Run away if they try to hire you.They did a 10 minute interview and they are telling me I would get payed $50 per tester I give a test too. Run

    Do NOT purchase from them. I think they need to be regulated, thank god I purchased through Amazon and Amazon gave me a refund. What they promise doesn't happen. Apparently my test got lost, and they failed to even acknowledge anything. DO NOT USE THEM

    I sent my iron test kit in on April 6th of 2023- its now May 2nd 2023 and still no results. I contacted the company via email. They said they will contact their lab. They never got back to me.
    I demad a full refund.

    I sent my first kit and they received it right away and sent me the results 4 days later.
    I sent my re-test kit on 1/07 and they received it on the 10th (my tracking said the 9th). I called many times and no one answers and they say to email or leave a message. So I have several times. Still no email or phone call. I want my money back so I can go with a reputable, responsive and reliable business.
