    Date: Tuesday, February 27, 10:30am 12:30pm Amount: $400 *In this case, Business refers to ****** Erlich Esquire: Description: Business committed to providing legal consultation considering the documentation I provided for a fee of $400. I paid the Business the fee in full. On the date of consultation (noted above), Business did not know what I was there for and inquired about my case as if there was no documentation. More importantly, business admitted to not having looked through the documentation I provided to be able to provide a consultation. Moreover, Business attacked me for seeking legal advice during the apparent consultation. Having realized that this could be fraudulent behavior, I am seeking a full refund from Business as the service cannot be considered received, if Business was not equipped to provide the service. I have approached Business twice for a refund on this basis. Business ignored me for almost 2 months. When I inquired again, Business claimed that the consultation was sound and has continued to ignore me. To support my plea and only now looking through online feedback which is negative towards Business, this Business appears to have a consistent history of this behavior and it appears to be part of their practice compare to other legal consultations that do not charge anything until any type of work on the case has begun.

    This person has filed false complaints in a variety of places and left one-star reviews. I cannot say much because I provided him with legal advice, but the only thing that matters is this: he paid for a consultation. He got that consultation. He did not like the legal advice, which is not a reason for a refund or a complaint.

    He received the service he paid for.
