      I had bought tickets for a Rod S****** concert shortly before covid hit. I didn't buy them for me, I bought them to take my sister. Because of Covid the concert was rescheduled over 2 year out. 7/27/22 was the rescheduled date. I had been trying for 2 days to download my tickets. I emailed several times and kept getting the same repetitive response. I called them. I spoke to a customer service rep, and he said he reset my account. So he had me try to get my tickets with me on the phone. Still the same. Non existent domain error message. I had some of my friends go into my account to try to obtain my tickets through iphone, tablets, PCs ect. They got the same thing. I live in a different state as the concert. This was for my sister. I had to buy tickets through another company. I contacted them this am 7/28/22. I keep getting the same repetitive responses.
