      Dear Better Business Bureau Representative,

      We take this allegation very seriously and have thoroughly reviewed the details of the move. Our experienced crew moverswho have worked with us for over several years without any prior incidentconfirmed that all items made available to them were loaded, transported, and delivered as agreed.

      The move involved fragile glass and mirrored furniture that required extensive wrapping and careful handling, which naturally increased the overall duration. Our time logs and GPS records confirm that our team worked continuously and did not extend the job unnecessarily.

      The customer had pre-staged approximately 20 to 30 boxes and various items in a shared building loading dock prior to our crews arrival. This area was accessible to other residents, building staff, and the public. The customer also mentioned being involved in a legal dispute with the management of the origin property. Given these circumstances, we cannot verify the condition or security of the items before our team began the move.

      In accordance with our procedures, we sent the customer a claim form to formally document any concerns. Despite multiple requests, the customer declined to complete or return the form, preventing us from conducting a formal claims review.

      Additionally, per our signed contract, high-value items such as jewelry or collectibles must be declared in writing prior to the move. No such declaration was made.

      We previously offered to review all available building and truck footage and remain fully open to cooperating with law enforcement. Our trucks are inspected daily by a manager to ensure nothing is left behind.

      While we stand by our crews professionalism and integrity, we are prepared to provide all supporting documentation and cooperate with any official investigation to bring clarity to this matter.
