    I had a virtual office account with ***** (******************************), who switched to a new business and location, whereby I have no need for a virtual office at the new address (***********************. However, Spaces transferred my information without my authorization to have services be provided by them. Upon noticing this, I immediately cancelled the account via the portal. This, however resulted in the agreement ending after a 12-month contract (ending in ****). I have been attempting to get in touch with Spaces for 3+ weeks with little success. Attached are the emails that were sent, and the responses. The first ones were directly to the only known contact for Spaces, while the second were from when I had to reach out to their Sales division to get any response. I had also provided negative feedback about the business on ******* only to be told to contact customer support via their ******** page (screenshot attached). In the past 3 weeks I have received more emails (4) and phone calls (3) about outstanding payments than responses from the business to correct the problem. I am seeking to have them cancel my contract immediately, since I never agreed to it, and that they also annul all outstanding payment transactions. Overall, I have grave concerns about the legitimacy of this business, and the abysmal customer service that they provide. Thank you very much for any possible assistance in bringing this nightmare to an end.
