      Paid a monthly subscription for a reserved parking at New Carrollton, MD metro station. I did not receive the parking permit in the mail for March, nor the following month for April. Called their customer service number numerous times; there is no "live operator", only bunch of "extensions" that each land into a voice mail that never gets answerred. I ened up cancelling the payments.
      Their business practice is VERY VERY disappointing.

    Laz Parking is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.

    To become accredited, a business must agree to BBB Standards for Trust and pass BBB's vetting process.
