    January 2023, all plumbing installed a sump pump. Everything appeared to be working correctly. in July 2023 the pump started sounding an error alarm. I contact the office and reported the issues. They came out to look at the pump and said that the pump was operating correctly and it is an electrical issue and suggested that I call an electrician. All of august we have been resetting the alarm. Today 8-31-23 I called the maker of the pump (*******) and explained the issues that is being reported on the panels. They looked the codes up and said that the floaters were installed wrong. I called all plumbing and they said that I did not know what I was talking about and everything was installed correctly. They keep saying that they will send an electrician and no one is coming to address the issue. The office keeps saying that, we should have reported the issue, which I have done so several times to anyone who picks up the phone. I need my sump pump working or refund the money that was paid.

    These pumps were installed in January. And have been working fine until August. We never denied the property of any service.   We have been working with the building management. We want out their couple of  times. We explained to the property manager. This is not a plumbing issue. We need to get the electrician out there. And we are depending on the electrician schedule.  We just sent an electrician out there  last week. August 31, 2023.  We found the floats were missed with by some one else. They were not in the same location as originally installed. The electrician had fixed them at the right level. We did not charge the management for this service as a good gesture. Even though we paid the electrician $590 for this service. She is welcomed to hire another company and we will pay for the service to see if there are any defects in the install.

    All plumbing sent their electrician who originally installed the pump and corrected the issue. This issue has been resolved.
