    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I need the refund forms to sign, they were not included in the response. Could you ask them them to send over before closing out the case?

    Regarding the complaint # ******** *****************************;According to her botox injection procedures, Vishka defends herself and answers:

    Vishka skincare is deeply sorry to hear about this unreal , baseless claims made by Mr *********************** are entirely unfounded.  Unfortunately ,For some customers seeking complimentary services, such unfounded and unfair allegations are common. Clinics are often wrongfully accused of unsubstantiated claims in order to reclaim money.

     This individual person received the recommended 75 units of Botox, as per the protocol, which requires waiting at least 10 full days to see the final result. 

    He visited the clinic again for a second injection before the initial ten days, disregarding the protocol. Additionally, He didn't wait even a day after the injection to see the results and proceeded to write inaccurate and unreal complaint.

    According to the relevant forms already signed by ****************, Vishka does not have a refund policy, but to resolve this unwanted and unreal problem, Vishka is willing to refund $300 if *************************** the refund forms to resolve this issue.
