  Arlington Media did a phenomenal job live streaming my husbands service, creating the video, and photos for the Memorial Book! From day one, which was shortly after my husband died in 2023, until today, a month post burial at Arlington National Cemetery, ***** and ******** have been there for me! My first conversation was with *****, and when I ended the call, which lasted a long time, I felt like I had been talking with a cherished friend! ***** listened to every question, answered each one with clarity and compassion, and at no time did I feel as though I was keeping him from something more important. Several times I spoke with ******** and she too, made me feel as though I was talking with a cherished friend. The day of the burial was gloomy, overcast, and misting rain. The service was broadcast live and family and friends who could not attend in person so appreciated "being there" to experience the service as it happened. Several commented they could almost feel the ***** ****! The video and photos were clear, sharp, and told the story of what occurred that day. Even the smoke from the weapons fired was captured on a sharp, clear photo! From beginning to end, ***** and his team captured every detail. As I looked through the photos to choose the ones for the book, it was difficult to choose. They were all so good. Those photos told the story of the final chapter with clarity and feeling. As I previewed the book on my computer, the story again played out just as it happened at Arlington National Cemetery through those photos. Even today as I was placing my order for the photo book, ******** was there to help me navigate the computer links to finish that task. I am most grateful for the help and guidance from ***** and his team. I highly recommend Cliff and Arlington Media. The quality and dignity of their work is in keeping with the standards of Arlington National Cemetery.

  Arlington Media did a superb job of documenting and producing photographs and video of my husband's funeral at Arlington National Cemetary in November. The entire process - from initial contact, to contract, responding to questions, follow up, reminders, billing, and delivery of the photos and videos - was smooth, transparent, and professional. At the funeral itself (full honors), their professionalism, expertise, and obvious knowledge and respect for the cemetery and ceremony were impressive. They were discrete and respectful of the family, friends, and service members present. I sent a photograph and short tribute to my husband, which they adeptly incorporated into the video. The final photographs and videos are beautiful! I am thankful to have found Arlington Media.

  I have contracted with Arlington Media on multiple occasions and there are not enough superlatives to articulate what great work ******** does. From my initial phone call I could feel his kindness and compassion. His attention to detail and reasonable pricing are bonuses. I volunteer at the cemetery and often see him out there diligently covering services. Do not hesitate to contract Arlington Media to photograph and/or film your loved one's funeral.

  I am eternally grateful for the outstanding video and photography support provided by Arlington Media. Their empathy and care was evident in their capture of my husband's funeral service. They blend seamlessly into the background and are never intrusive upon the intimacy, yet simultaneously capture significant moments of the solemn occasion. Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail have allowed us to preserve the precious memories of that day to share with generations to come. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone seeking professional and compassionate photographers and audio visual experts.

  If you are on the fence - I urge you to work with Arlington Media.The funeral service was remarkable but emotional. I am so grateful we contracted with Arlington Media to have it filmed. There is so much I would have forgotten, or never seen, without the video. Precious moments that are now preserved.As for the video - quality is TOP notch. Very professional. The videographer was virtually invisible at the service, but the video looks (and sounds) like he was sitting with us. Communication from Arlington Media, both before and after the service, was consistent and frequent. I really cannot think of a thing that needed improvement. Arlington Media provided white-glove service and a priceless keepsake.

  I would like to thank ***** of Arlington Media for the exceptional videography of my beloved uncles ceremony which I was unable to attend. Having the ceremony on video allowed it to be shared with both his sisters who were medically incapable of attendance. ***** was very kind putting a rush on the delivery date as my aunt entered into ******* and I was hoping she would be able to view her brothers ceremony. This is an amazing company, providing an exceptional service!! Im very grateful for their service and highly recommend them!!! Thanks again *****. Your kindness wont be forgotten!!

  I am extremely impressed with Arlington Media. Absolutely superb customer service, very timely responsiveness (within minutes!), and a truly professional product. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are more informative to the family about what to expect than the cemetery is. Thank you for producing such an expert and moving tribute!

  We really appreciated the photographs and video for my parent's service. The company responded via e-mail or phone call whenever required during the planning process. Because they are present at so many Arlington funerals, they were able to give me helpful details that the cemetery representatives did not discuss.
  
  The company also sent a text out the day of the service stating they were in place waiting for us-- which was reassuring.
  
  The company promptly e-mailed us links within 10 days of the service to view the 500 photos and the video. And then the company mailed us a flash drive copy of the photos and video.

  Arlington Media is excellent. They produced an outstanding video for my brother's funeral service at Arlington National Cemetery. In addition, they delivered a superbly beautiful photo book. I strongly recommend Arlington Media. Their video and photography services are expert and performed with top professionalism. Furthermore, there is high quality in what they do and how they do it on the day itself. Overall, Arlington Media has the highest standard of care, resulting in a video and photo book to be cherished forever.
