    We asked for a quote to build a website and we were given a 1000$ quote price for a finished product. After months and months of issues and extra charges for costs they seemed to make up they passed us from person to person and refused to help us when it was not finished. They refused to allow us to take ownership of the website and even stole the domain name eventually from us. They run 65-100 llcs out of one address and are running a scheme to scam Americans out of money and funnel it back to *****. They run many businesses offering the same services and refuse to give us the codes we need to relinquish control of our website. They are holding it hostage and refuse to help us.

    July 6, 2023, an agreement and payment was made to publish my book (********* ******* **** ******) after finding the website called ****** Publishing Zone. I have attached the detailed invoice of the services to be provided as well as the amount paid. I was provided a client portal to upload my book cover (which I paid someone else to create), book blurb (which I wrote), and my manuscript (*********.net) and once I posted all my book documents the communication ceased and I have no book! I attempted to pursue fraud via ********* Bank but it was denied and I was instructed to file a claim via BBB. I want I ALL my documents returned to me and NOT utilized and a full refund.

    I paid this company almost $2000 to build a website for me and they have given me a terrible site that has multiple issues and errors and no one will call me back. I had to pay a 3rd party to fix some of the issues. They have been ignoring me and the projext manager turned her phone off or has blocked my calls. Horrible company and customer service.
