      Customer service are the rudest people on earth. They miss a week 8/10/2022 but they won't credit your account but they take your money every 3 months on time. Tired of them missing a pickup and all you get from customer service is sorry for the inconvenience. This time I want a credit!!!! Sick how they just take your money and give you no service!!

      Evergreen Disposal Inc are the worse. My trash is picked up every Wednesday morning. For some reason the trash was not collected on the 29th of June. I made several calls to the company and was told repeatedly that my trash would be collected and the trash sat on the curb for over a day. I was also told that my call would be returned. After waiting an entire day a supervisor by the name of Christine returned my call with all the wrong information that was collected previously from another Call Rep. Christine was very rude and accused me of providing incorrect information to the previous Rep and stated I was the reason that the trash was missed. For the company to work with the County they are horrible. Hopefully my trash is collected soon and won't have to rot another day.

      Same as others below. Three weeks and no trash pickup, They just keep lying. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company.

      They have not picked up trash for 3 1/2 weeks. We call they tell us it will be done the next day. Needless to say that NEVER happens. Trash is so high at this point its going to take any empty truck to pick it up. I see a response from them below on another comment they will come with in 24 hours if trash is not picked up. THAT IS A LIE! The ABSOLUTE WORST company ever!

      Our trash was not picked up a month ago. We were told they would not come back to pick it up until the following week because of high gas prices. I asked for a manager to call me. No one ever did. Today, the collectors left broken glass, trash, and old slimy food in our road. I can't email pictures to Evergreen, there is no email address on their site. There is no way to leave a voicemail. They have a monopoly where we live and seem to not care about their customers at all.
