    Cerebrum iq continuously to take money to pay for a subscription Ive tried to cancel since 5/2024. They continue to take and charge me $19.99 for something I do t use nor am i interested in any of their products. I want my refund for the last 7 months. Theyve been charging my Sezzle account. As a result I e been charged overdraft fees to the bank account that my Sezzle is connected too. Ive gotten 7 overdraft fees as a result of cerebrum charging me even after Ive been trying to cancel but dont know how.

    I was to pay $0.99 for an iQ test result Due to deceptive practices and wording before going to actually pay the $0.99 they ask if youd like additional services for a fee with options to skip or agree 4 options are given all with Addons with option to skip or agree after skipping the 3rd option it charges immediately $69.99 this company needs to be held liable for their deceitful and predatory actions and held accountable. When I agreed to the free trial I did not agree to the following attached.

    I paid $0.99 to Cerebrum IQ on 10/19/24 for the promise of an accredited IQ tests results. I got an email saying my IQ was 120, and my certificate said 108. There is either a technical glitch or this program is just fake all together. I want a refund, discontinuation of their false advertising claiming the test is accredited, and for my subscription to be confirmed that its cancelled. My account is under the email *********************

    I signed up for a trial period that was to cost $.99 for 7 days. I was charged the $.99 plus $49.99 two times. The company is refusing to refund one of the $49.99 charges saying I signed up for something different that was not clearly marked or marked or the total charge stated on the payment page.

    I was advertised a $0.99 IQ test service and decided to try for fun. Upon selecting a number of options which were very confusing to go through, I thought i had correctly selected the $0.99 option. Upon opening my email, I found I had accidentally selected to "skip" something or other (it's still not clear to me) and had apparently accidentally subscribed to a recurring $49 service of some sort, again still unclear.Upon immediately realizing my error I contacted the company to reverse the charge and they declined according to their refund policy. I feel strongly that these practices by Cerebrum were specifically designed with the intent to trick the user into payment of an increased and recurring subscription fee.

    I was unknowingly signed up for a subscription rather than the one-time purchase in July 2024. I have attempted NUMEROUS times to cancel -- the website makes it purposefully difficult to cancel anything with no real customer service representative available and in the meantime, continues to charge my bank $19.99 each WEEK!! I was finally able to successfully cancel on August 16, but was still charged yet again on August 19 and they claim there was no cancellation until August 23. Their chat systems will detail that they confirmed my most recent cancellation on August 19. This is absurd!!!!
