    I went to get a haircut at the salon with the owner and we discussed 3 inches getting cut off my hair. I had to intervene because at that point she cut off 10 inches of my hair and lied to me about the length she was cutting off. I view my hair as an investment. *** spent hundreds of dollars on hair products a Dyson air wrap and Ive spent $1500 in the last six months bleaching my hair. It has caused me deep emotional distress. I havent been able to eat in the last three days because I wasnt ready for all my hair to get chopped off. They have not reached out to me in the last 24 hours and this has caused me emotional distress, and a financial burden with zero compensation and lying to my face.

    This situation was resolved on January 31st (see signed document indicating satisfaction of the complainant).

    We provided compensation of an agreed upon amount to resolve this issue on January 31st.See attached files - specifically the document signed by the complainant as well as an owner of Evolve Salon & Spa with an additional witness signature.
