    They ripped out and replace the driveway on 2/4/2024. We have a 7 year warranty on the driveway per the contract. The driveway entrance collapsed and in need of a repair after about 7 months of use. They have changed phone numbers. The address they use is for a completely different company and no one responses to emails to the email address provided.

    Hello, I had my driveway paved by Emerald Paving & Masonry on February 8th, 2024. They run a very deceitful business. They drove around my neighborhood one weekend and advised they had another job in the neighborhood, and I could get my driveway paved cheaper since they would already be out. I imagine it is their practice to give this line, but I'm going to keep this specific to my experience. Before i commented I was constantly receiving calls. Now that the job is done, I am not able to reach any of the numbers. I call the numbers at least once a week but get a message kind of like they are not in service. i have sent several emails with no response. I also went to the address that is listed but didn't see that business. While they were out doing the job they broke one of my decorative lights, a flagpole and one of my gutter sprouts. They used my equipment, water and water hoses without my permission. They even look one of my shovels. They also left litter on my any my neighbor's lawn. After the job was done, they practically brow-beated me into paying cash even though I asked them several times before i committed to the job if I could pay with a credit card. They gave me the run around but eventually told the truth that they needed cash to pay the workers and didn't want to pay taxes. My biggest issue now is the pavement is cracking. There is grass and ant holes coming through the pavement. The job was done a little over two months ago, yet it looks like I've had it for years. On the invoice they have 100% satisfaction guaranteed with a seven-year warranty, but they are nowhere to be found. I would like the job done correctly or a refund. I have more to say, but in the interest of characters remaining i am going to stop here.

    My driveway was paved February 22, 2024. It is crumbling, lifting and weeds/grass is growing through my fresh asphalt. I tried calling ********************* and the number is disconnected. They gave me a 7 year warranty on my invoice. The address on the business card is to a concrete company who said they filed a complaint for the business to remove their address. I feel I have been scammed. I want my driveway repaired or my money back. The man has a strong Irish accent and only would take cash. I did not know that until he finished the job. I have no way of contacting him. I emailed him twice and nothing. I am very upset and feel very scammed. Please help resolve this issue.

    They came to my house to offer me repair the driveway. Once they finished everything looked black and fresh so I paid them. After a week, the pavement started crumbling and weeds coming from the cracks. The job looks terrible and no one answers emails or calls. I just want them to be responsible and finish the promised job

    Emerald paving paved my gravel driveway. They did not wing the end as promised. They did not prepare the surface nor lay the asphalt deep enough. It has been less than 2 months and grass is sprouting and many areas are buckling up. I have contacted them 3 times with no resolution. A 7 year guarantee was promised. I need this fixed or my money back.

    I have not received a response or resolution from  EMERALD PAVING in regards to my complaint.
