    ****** installed a stainless flu in my chimney several years ago. I had an ash clean out door on the outside of the chimney which he removed and blocked off with cinder block and cement. When I asked him about why he did this he never gave me an acceptable explanation, just a lot of BS. I asked him to replace the access door and he refused, offering to clean my chimney every year for free. That in itself is an admission that he was trying to hide something, but I said OK. Now, several years later he is going back on his word and wants to charge me for cleaning. I'm done with this guy. Find another chimney sweep!

    Had three cracks in the terracotta chimney lining in our 70-year-old Buckingham County home. Fearful of C02 leakage, I looked for a chimney guy in *************, **********, Buckingham area and could not find anyone who does this work. Went online to BBB and made a list of chimney service companies in the surrounding areas. All companies, except for one, told me it was outside their work area, or they were busy and couldnt get to it until Spring. ****** at Allstate was also busy but he found the time to drive to ********** and give me a quote. This week he installed a stainless-steel liner. He was professional, particular, did a great job and I feel gave me a fair price for the work. I lucked out when I found Allstate Chimney Service.
