**** and ***** were very professional and polite. They kept me informed on their progress and showed what they have done. They were very timely in their work and even cleaned up. Thank you for sending them to set up our beautiful new walk in shower.

******* and ** did an excellent job of installing a Jacuzzi shower and removing the old tiled shower in our master bath. They were professional, well-skilled and very easy to get along with. The new shower and all its features look great.MR. FIX-IT

My new shower looks absolutely stunning, however it took Mr. FIX-IT several calls to return to my house after I signed contract (First week in November-January) when the initial mention was that it would be completed before Christmas. Finally after the communication problems were resolved MR. FIX-IT sent two incredible installers (Mr. ******* * Mr. **** these gentlemen were prompt/thorough * polite, they respected my home, installed a great shower in one days work, with their cleanup you never knew they were here until you looked at my GREAT LOOKING NEW SHOWER.MR. FIX-IT

On January 6th, 2025, my highly anticipated installation of my new master bathroom shower took place. As promised, the two installers, ******* and ** arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and began laying down protection cloths for my floors and furniture. Sadly, for them the bathroom was on the second floor. These two Gentlemen never complained once about the 14 steps they had to climb so often, first to carry out the old bathtub and fixtures. They professionally prepared the bath stall for the installation, carrying up lumber and other construction items to reconstruct the walls for the new shower. At the end of the day, I had the most beautiful shower I had ever seen. ****** went over all the instructions on how to use the dual shower heads, what to use and NOT to use as far as cleaning products and a complete list of do's and don'ts and ** cleaned, swept and vacuumed the entire work area as well as their ingress and egress, leaving my home probably cleaner than they found it! On a scale of one to 10 I would rate this entire experience a solid 20 stars!MR. FIX-IT
