      Date of transaction: 10/17/2022 Total Paid: $371.00 I was told I could have 10 new window screens made for $22 a piece. Upon drop off of sample screens (borrowed our neighbors so they had correct measurements- neighbors screens fit our windows) price was changed to $33 a screen. We agreed on that. Weeks later when they called me to let me know they were ready the price changed to $40 a screen. I tried to tell them that was not the price agreed upon. After speaking to the manager she lowered the price back to $33 a screen. We picked up the screens and paid and once we got home and tried to put the screens in they did not fit. The framing was too thick. We called the store back and they said they would re-make them to fit. We also provided pictures to them of why they didn't fit. Weeks went by with no phone call. I called and **** (the gentleman who makes the screens) told me they were ready. When I went to pick them up they only had 8 screens on 11/17/2022. They told me we only returned 8 - which was not correct. Then, they tried to get me to pay for the screens again. I tried to ask for the manager but they told me she was not there. The window screen *************** tried to tell me we didn't even really need the screen due to the weather. After arguing with him, I took the screens home and ask for a manager to call me with a full refund as this process has been horrible and I haven't had the screens for weeks and the ones I picked up for the second time are missing two. I have not heard back on this from them.
