Excellence in all categoriescaring, family feel, conscientious, employees carefully chosen and must fit the culture of caring, went above and beyond to make sure our dad was well taken care of, dependable visits and communication, always there when we needed them, and not overworked with too many weekly visits. I could go on, but the bottom line is that they took great care of our dad, and we have complete trust in them.

Our family has been through a bad experience with this company. My grandfather fell and broke his hip. I called the nurse as instructed and was told it would be over an hour before she could get there. My own father who had open heart surgery got him out the floor. We were told we could not call 911 until a nurse assessed him. He was also bleeding from a skin tear in several places. When she arrived she said to put him in his recliner to make him comfortable that she didnt think his hip was broke. I said at least twice couldnt he at least get an X-ray to make sure (he was screaming in pain). She said even if it was he would not make it through the surgery due to age (82). The nurse then said she was leaving to go get meds. She never came back. Morphine was delivered (standard order luckily delivered same time) and a different lady (CCO) told me I could give it to him. My aunt then called 911 and Nayar sent a nurse to discharge. She never went to look at the patient. The hip was broken, he had surgery and has started rehab. My grandmother is on oxygen, we were told 2L continuously by the nurse. Upon switching hospice care from Nayar they tried to say as needed. In Nayar dr ********* it says 3L continuously. Just be careful leaving your loved ones in their care. They talk a good talk but dont follow through. Ive been the caregiver for my grandparents for 9 months, taking *** oxygen, etc. I was explaining to the nurse a low O2 reading from the AM and she said do you even know how to read this and proceeded with a demonstration and never checked the patient. We understand strokes, dementia, kidney failure, etc cant be treated or prolonged, but a person lying broken and bleeding (a stroke person on blood thinners bled 6hrs) deserves emergency care. I feel bad for the elderly with no one to advocate for them. This isnt even the bulk of my complaints, Ive ************ of room.
