In October 2024, I dropped my vehicle off for recommended warranty work for a leaking oil gasket. While picking the vehicle up, I was informed the thermostat should be replaced as well. I followed the advice and had all items replaced and repaired. The same day of picking the vehicle up, I hooked up to my camper trailer and began towing as I have always done with the vehicle. While at highway speeds, the engine began heating rapidly out of normal operating temps. The engine would cool back down relatively quickly when slowing down. I immediately called Sheehy and the technician said there was air in the coolant that needed to be burped. I followed their instructions for hours attempting to burp the system with no luck. I then limped the vehicle to a different **** dealership who looked at it for approximately 2 hours. The techs said it was definitely not air in the coolant and it was clearly having a coolant flow issue. I was able to limp the vehicle back home and to Sheehy the same day. The vehicle was looked at and I was told again it was air in the coolant. After getting the vehicle back, I hooked up again to a trailer and it immediately began overheating once onto the highway. I returned the vehicle again and was told it's normal and that next time don't cool it down, but just let it overheat all the way until the vehicle goes into "limp mode" and have it towed back to the dealership. I have towed for years with this vehicle and it has never left normal operating temps on even the hottest of days. I am now in the process of having the truck replaced and hold Sheehy directly responsible for causing the vehicle's overheat condition. I will most certainly be losing money from negative equity on a vehicle that was meant to be held onto longer. The vehicle is useless to me without being able to tow.

I bought a vehicle in 2022 from Sheehy Ford of Ashland, within a week I had it in service for a noise with the sunroof. Took it back 6 more times over the course of the year and they did nothing about it. Finally the sunroof shade snapped and ended up being a $12,000 fix, which they would not help me with. So finally they said they would trade in that car, which I did. I have had the new car for 3 months (made 2 payments only) and just had to take it to the shop. It needs a new transmission, both doors in the front fixed, has an oil leak, heat issue and electrical issue causing the radio to go from loud to quiet while accelerating/hitting the brakes. I had told Sheehy about the oil and transmission slip and they said it went through there inspection and was fine. Luckily I learned my ****** with them and bought an extended warranty.

Thank you for contacting Sheehy **** Ashland through the Better Business Bureau.  We are sorry that your vehicle is having some issues that need to be addressed.  We see that your 2020 ********** Atlas with ********************************************************************************** worked on the vehicle since.  Unfortunately, we cannot predict issues that may arise in the future after purchase which is why we review and recommend all extended warranty coverage that is possible for purchase.  We do not show a record of an extended warranty being purchased through our dealership as well as no service history for any transmission slips or oil leaks being reviewed in our service department.  We do not see any evidence that would hold Sheehy **** accountable for the repairs that the customer is deeming necessary and consider this matter closed.

I took my family to Sheehy Ashland **** Dealership to purchase a vehicle. I met salesperson named ***. He offered to take one of the vehicle out for a ride. He took my license and took some time to return. He brought my license back out after 20 mins and told me there was a manager emergency. I followed him back into the store where my children were located. I requested to speak to a manager about the confusion. ****** the manager came back out and stated we will not do business with you. I asked why and stated there was an issue previously with a car you purchased and needs to be resolved. I explained these issues were resolved and he replied I will still not do business with you. I left the business and would let corporate know of my experience.

My car has been in there shop for over 4 months waiting to get the transmission control module replaced, and I keep being told that I can't get a loaner vehicle due to a "Shortage" on vehicles. I've been patient for 4 months I'm losing money and my job is at risk due to my issues with transportation right now. And I've still making car payments this whole time. This is the 2nd time in 6 months my car has been in there shop. I paid a 100$ deductible for clutches that didn't even need to be replaced. I really just want a vehicle to get to work and back.

    ******************,

Thank you for contacting us with your concern, and we are very sorry for the delay in completing your vehicle's repair.  Unfortunately we still have no updates as to the availability for the *** module.  We have the *** for your 2013 Focus on emergency order with **** but are still being told that there are delays from the manufacturer.  Our emergency case number for your order is CAS-********-N0J5Z3.  At this point the only thing we can recommend is calling **** Customer Service ************** and starting a case with them on the customer side.  You can provide them with the emergency case number and they should be able to open an additional case on the customer side.  We are unfortunately not able to complete this call for you, it has to be initiated by your the customer.  Once this is completed **** should contact us with a customer case number and we can be your advocate to try and expedite the *** to us.  Unfortunately with the scope of people awaiting ***'s right now we cannot guarantee that this will provide the part quicker.  Please let us know if and when you have contacted ****, we will pass on any updates that we receive.

    Best Regards,
