    Rear end body kit and fins are damaged and bent.. multiple scratches along body of vehicle.. items were stollen from the inside.. original key inoperative and not recognized anymore.. license plates were removed..

    Incident Date: 01/10/2024-01/11/2024 My vehicle was taken from my sisters home. I contacted the *********************** to satisfy my past due balance within 24hrs. I was advised to contact Select Recovery to retrieve my personal ********************* I was told by Select Recovery that I would not be able to retrieve my childrens medication, personal belongings or even my vehicle until 4days later because the company was under staffed, closed on the weekends & closed on the holiday. I advised that I need my childs medication & the staff member was very rude stating well what do you want me to do I cant cancel other peoples appointment just so you can get your things. We have transporters debtors and other people waiting.This company has taken much more work than they can handle and because of greed consumers have to suffer. I would like a refund of my repo fee which was $425.00 and statutory damages.I am not the first person this has happened too and ask that the BBB take action immediately against this company

    Car was towed and stored from Thurs to following Wednesday. Called them at **** Friday to collect car. Was charged storage fees for Sat and Sun despite the fact they were closed and I couldnt collect my car. Also was charged for two partial days, Thursday (car snatched at 3:50pm Thursday, picked up from at 2pm. Wednesday, was charged for full day storage. Tried to pick up my car the same day, but they didnt have an appt. Vehicle was damaged and scratched (claim pending). Was charged $50 for inventory fee, yet the lot attendant said they dont inventory. I called their office, they said they look thru windows and take pics. They said they dont have the inventory form, I must call the bank. They didnt have it. I dont think it exists. Total runaround. Hmmm SCAM ALERT - you pay $50 for an inventory that doesnt exist. And total bI think majority of people just slink away when told no. Possible class action lawsuit ? Total fees to collect was $450.00.

    First off I thought there were very friendly. Then when I go to pick up my vehicle I noticed that my front passenger door handle is completely missing. They proceeded to tell me that it was picked up like that and that I could file a complaint and that they vehicles have cameras. I then told them that I do wish to file a complaint and that my vehicle DID NOT HAVE ANY DAMAGE TO THE DOOR. Now here it is a week later and the person who works the claims will not return my phone calls I will be taking them to court. Date of incident 12/22/2022
