      I ordered a metal roof product that I specified correctly and they sent me the wrong metal roofing type. The delivery driver gave me a number to call and they told me that I would be reimbursed and took the product away from my house. Now they refuse to put the money back on my account and they have the product in their possession. I never received the product at my house.

      **** ******, Called our ******** Location and Ordered Dark Red, Standing Seam Metal to be Delivered to his Job Site, 3 days later he called me at our ***** Location, asking where his metal was, I told him I would check on it, to give me his order again, he told me Dark Red Standing Seam, he gave me amount of pcs. and length, When I checked The material was already made and had been delivered to ********, and ready to be delivered to him, this was ahead of schedule. We Delivered metal to his job site, he refused metal said it was wrong type, he said he had ordered" hand turned" standing seam metal, this is a term he uses. he never told us this when ordering metal, I confirmed this with our manager at ********, and he talked to me the second time. If he had asked for "hand turned " we would have told him all he needed was flat metal. He is crimping the metal by hand, this was done years ago. We made him what he Ordered, Delivered it on time. He had paid for metal with Credit Card, he canceled credit card Transaction, He received all his money back, and we are stuck with metal that was made special for him. He uses the term "hand turned" for his reason for this. We Made the material he Ordered and Delivered it on time. He is the Person at Fault.  Thank You, ****** *******

      I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Unfortunately, the merchants recollection of the encounter still remains inconsistent with the truth. After promising a refund and taking their improperly ordered materials back with them, they attempted to keep both. The reason my credit card company returned my money is because that is illegal to do. Thank you for mitigating and being devoted to the truth.Sincerely **** ******
