    I had been trying to get an appoint with my local Kia dealer for a recall item that I got a notice about. No one would return my call . I also went to the dealership and no luck there either. I called Nelson Subaru/ Kia about the issue to see if they would assist me. They informed me I had 2 recalls instead of one. An appointment was set up. I arrived early, checked in. I thought I would have to leave it but I waited for it. Everyone was courteous. And I even got a free car wash. I will continue to drive the extra miles for service
