      Promises of amenities such as ****************, fishing, snow skiing, and diverse dining options were unfulfilled upon our yearly visits due to seasonal inaccessibility. Throughout this process, the promise of entering a draw to win the ********** was conspicuously never mentioned again. Our decision was heavily pressured, and any supposed gains in property value akin to real estate have not materialized. We find ourselves unable to sell or even give away this timeshare.Over the years, ***** underwent multiple back surgeries, severely limiting his mobility and making the use of stairs untenable. Access to and from our second-level apartment has become a significant issue. Additionally, numerous aspects of the timeshare's interior, such as peeling cupboards, loose hinges, and deteriorated flooring and railings, have not been maintained or replaced since 2001. This state of disrepair extends to the deck and the limited use of facilities such as the hot tub and fireplace during our assigned week.The escalating costs have become unbearable for us, now that we are on a fixed income. The unrelenting rise in maintenance and special assessment fees is unreasonable given the lack of corresponding improvements. We are trapped in a financial commitment we can no longer afford and wish to avoid imposing this burden on our family. They too oppose taking on this financial liability.Given these circumstances, we have reached out to Creekside Village several times via email to seek the cancellation of our timeshare agreement, only to be met with special assessment notices and no adequate response. We urgently request your assistance in resolving this matter by holding Creekside Village accountable for their lack of response and oppressive practices.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
