They were out to remove trees and one of the trees broke a window on the garage. The owner came back out saw damage and agreed that they were at fault. They said they would replace window. I have called several times, sometimes speaking to someone. this happened April 14 of this year. they say they will be out and never show up. I called today and was told he would be here to measure today and never showed or called.

At 9:30 on October 17, 2023, *****************, the owner of Five Star Tree LLC, stopped at my house and offered to remove a few trees from my yard. We decided to take out five evergreens, a sweet gum and a maple tree at a cost of $1900. At 11:57, ************ texted pictures of the area where the work was completed. He then texted that there were dead and downed trees, as well as a lot of brush, on the property. He called at 12:11 and offered to have "12 guys work from noon until 5:00" to clean up "the entire property". We agreed to an additional $3,100 (total of $5,000) for the work and ************ said he would meet me at my house at 5pm to look at the work and get paid.At 3:07, a man named ******* texted me from his cell *************) and said he was with All American Tree and Landscaping and that they "just finished up". I left work and drove to my house where the guys were waiting to leave. When I questioned ******* as to who he was, why there were not 12 guys there, and why they stopped working two hours early, he told me that "**** was at home" and he would call him. Then ************ called me and apologized for the mix-up. He said this was ********* first time acting as boss and that he was training him. I was told to show ******* what I wanted done. I had to immediately return to work and didn't have time. ******* was asked to straighten it out. When I returned at 5pm, I gave ******* the check for ************ and he left. There are still dead trees and brush to clear out. I asked him to walk the property with me and decide what to do next. He seemed cooperative at first but did not meet with me. He no longer replies to my texts. Our agreement was for Five Star Tree to have 12 guys to work for 5 hours on clearing out the entire property. The home surveillance cameras show 9 guys working for less than 5 hours. Also, I didn't agree to having ******* and All American ****************** working at my house. ************ did not fulfill the terms of our agreement.

The job started with us taking care of designated trees on property which we actually took 2 extra pines worth $500 for free because they were problematic. We completed all designated work that was agreed upon. Then the job turned into clearing 6 feet in property line, grinding all stumps and minor trimming that we also completed ahead of our agreement. The homeowner came home said we needed to stay longer per our agreement showed our ******* what additional work would make her satisfied and did all that work. She paid upon completion to later find out she wanted more and more work done I am very satisfied with our work and will not do any other work for free unless paid for the new work.
