    Pros: -They quickly sent a serviceman.-They quickly determined the problem.Cons - Serviceman said the job would cost $110. WRONG. The part was $110. The labor was an additional $200. PART+ LABOR IN TOTAL should be stated BEFORE starting work not AFTER.- They encouraged a discount with a maintenance plan; 2x yearly cleaning of filters, etc. for heating system without checking heating FUNCTIONALITY (why would you clean a broken system?)- I ceased monthly payments and didn't require the 2nd cleaning. By then, half payments were made for half service.- Company texted and called 2-3x's daily. I explained all my issues and they continued.Bait-and-switch? Yes when you quote one price,do the work and require 3x the quote.Not checking functions before charging for service.Asking for more payments after I paid in FULL for service, parts labor maintenance (half a year) and stated I cannot pay for cleaning something that is BROKEN Harassing a client -
