    On January 23, 2025, I paid a $250 deposit to Bunker Hill Premium Meats for a quarter cow, with the understanding that the meat would be ready by late February or early March. This was a direct agreement with the business owner, Joseph, who accepted the deposit and provided this estimated timeline.

    Since that time, I have made multiple attempts to contact the business by email and phone to request an update. My emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls have either not been returned or resulted in vague promises to call me back that were never fulfilled. As of today, April 23rd, 2025, I have not received the product I paid for or a clear explanation for the delay. It has been over two months past the promised delivery window.

    I sent a formal request on April 7th asking for a full refund of my $250 deposit due to the lack of communication and failure to deliver the product. I have not received a response.

    At this point, I am seeking a full refund of my $250, as the business has not fulfilled its obligations and has been unresponsive despite multiple reasonable attempts to resolve the matter directly.
