    E&E Sealcoating LLC, **** ****** ** and two of his coworkers drove by my house on October *******. He offered his service to fill the cracks and seal my driveway. I asked him for the price and he said $500 tax and labor!He started to work and after less two hours he asked me if he should continue and finish the whole driveway! I responded of course and he said the price so far is $4500!!???I was very surprised as to what reason he had presented me a different price that the original offer!!He said the $500 is tax and labor only the rest is the material which he never mention it at the first place!I told him he has tricked me and if I had known I would never let him start the job!But I had signed a contract and I had to pay him! He lowered his price to $3990 and that what I paid!To make the matters worse when the surface was dry to walk over I realized what a poor and unprofessional job he had done! Almost all the cracks are open now!! Called him to come back and finish this job! He told me he will call me when he has time to come back!! I realized that he had scammed me out of almost $4000! Im 90 years old I feel very angry and disappointed at E&E sealcoating for lying and scamming me!The pictures I have uploaded as a supporting documents are only a few example of what he has left me with!! Almost all the cracks promised to be filled are open now!! Some cracks have not even been cleared out of grass and debris but only sealed over to cover his mess left behind!!

     customer had a misunderstanding a written contract was signed and dated before any work was performed the customer contact me and wanted $1500 dollars back to be satisfied payment was received by ***** ********* and also signed and dated paid in full.
