1/24/25 they replaced a tire on my car with a new one. They were told to patch the old one and offered to keep it at the shop until the rest of the work was done. At this time they told us our wheel was bent too and they would call us when the new one came in. They told us it was safe to drive on a bent wheel. We cut our ties with the business on 3/5/25 after waking up to our brand new tire flat, due to DRIVING ON A BENT WHEEL. Waiting too long for service, being told it was safe to drive on a bent wheel for over a month, and being screamed at and disrespected on the phone by John the business owner. Complete negligence of the service we agreed to. When I went to go pick up said spare tire on 3/7/25, the tire they gave me back was not the tire that was on my car. The one they gave me was not only a different brand, but in terrible condition. I would like to be compensated for not only the spare tire that we never got because the one they gave us was not ours, and for the brand new tire they ruined by putting it on a bent wheel. They are now acting like they have no record of our business there.

The complaint was made under a different name, so we did not have a service record for ****** *****.  This was a complaint made to Google Reviews.  ******* ***** was the service record we have on file. She came in with a bad tire. Per her request we ordered a new tire size 225/55/R17 on 1/23/2024. Our tires are ordered Customer specific.  Only once have we ever ordered this size tire.  We scheduled her in and we mounted and balanced the tire.  We did discover that the rim was slightly bent and explained this to her.  We also explained that it may lose air due to the rim condition until we can find her a better rim. She said it was no problem, that she keeps an air pump in the trunk of her car.   Out of Courtesy we tried to find a rim from our salvage yard. The Salvage yard found one but it was in bad condition. They explained that it was hard to locate but they continued the search.   A month later she calls to check the status of the rim and I explained that we have not located one yet but, she is welcome to source one on her own and that we would mount it for her.  She said that her tire went flat and that she wanted a new one.  I requested that she bring in the tire for us to inspect it and go from there.  She refused and demanded that she talk to the owner.  I handed over the conversion to the owner.  Sitting across the room i could hear her voice get louder and every time the owner tried to explain she interrupted demanding a new tire.  The conversation escalated due to her getting louder  and the owner loudly matching her voice told her to shut up and listen so that he could explain.  She refused to come to an agreement.  The owner disconnected the conversation.  The old tire was returned to her at a later date of 03/07/2024  with our requested law enforcement to be present.   The tire was her tire.  She never brought back the purchased tire to be examined.  Due to the nature of the 2 days of harassment of texting to our google number and her social rants we made the decision that she was not allowed back onto our property for fear of retaliation that would cause damage to our customers vehicles.  This conversation with ******* was witnessed by law enforcement.  We would like to end this with the statement, " ******* ***** refused to bring in the tire for inspection, therefore we will not be providing her with a new tire". It is unfortunate that her behavior forced us to make the decision for her to not be allowed back onto  Business property.   Our policy is if a customer has a complaint and brings the vehicle back for inspection and we are at fault then we will make it right.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This response from the business is full of gaslighting and lies. I was not satisfied with their solution of “bringing the car in so they can inspect and pump the tire” as I was already having to pump it up DAILY in order to drive it. It was extremely unreasonable for them to have taken so long and created so many excuses as to why the wheel had not came in yet after 43 days of waiting. I ordered one the day after we finished doing business with them and it arrived in 3 days. Their only efforts are to deflect and make it seem like we were the aggressors in the situation when the only one’s who displayed that kind of behavior was them. All we wanted was to have our car worked on as it should have been weeks prior, and a solution for our brand new tire we just got being damaged due to their neglect. And now they are trying to cover it all up with a bunch of nonsense. As you can see in the photos attached, it is CLEAR that the tire they gave me back on 3/7/25 was NOT my tire. It is stated in the message what tires we have and I sent them a picture as well. Based on the behavior they have exhibited thus far, I do not have faith that they will take accountability for their poor actions and at the bare minimum give me back what was already mine, so I suppose consulting a lawyer will be my only other option.

    Regards,
