    We purchased the meal delivery on March 9th. Bistro MD will not show you their menu until AFTER you pay. Upon viewing the menu it was clear they did not have meals that I wanted. But I was NOT able to cancel neither payment nor the first meal delivery. There was no way online to cancel the order. Since, I received the order and must say, BUYER BEWARE! It is the WORST food I have ever tasted. The chicken breasts are SO TOUGH, we had to literally saw it with a steak knife into bite size pieces, then chew, chew, chew. Bistro MD makes absolutely NO effort to marinate (or even pound) the chicken breasts to insure tenderness. They took them straight out of the refrigerator and threw them in a frying pan or grill. No seasonings, no marinate...no attempt to make them palatable OR tender. There prices are much too high for the low quality of food they are serving. So far we have tried 6 entrees, and all six were completely awful, including the shredded pork which was also very tough and tasteless. The veggies also have no seasoning. The entire experience was dreadful.

    Terrible customer service. Ordered for first time - food was delayed and therefore arrived thawed and inedible. Spent over $100 and was denied a refund. Called multiple times with no response or callback as promised. Also reached out via messages - again, no response.

    Horrible customer service! The meals delivered were not frozen, as they were shipped with no dry ice, and I requested a full refund of $169.85 with no resolution. I emailed BistroMD customer service several times, but I experienced long wait times when contacting the BistroMD customer service website. I left a message, but no phone call was returned. And when you select "1" to receive a callback, the phone call disconnects ??

    Scam! Customer service won't answer the phones or respond to emails. No way to cancel via the app. You get a message to contact customer service

    Rip off in so many ways! Could write a book. But how they really work unethically is you order meals and they send you completely different items that you didn’t order and they lie and claim that you did order them. I’m Jewish, so I do not eat pork and they sent me a pork meal, which I know that I didn’t put in my menu. I could go on and on about issues like this. They absolutely positively unequivocally won’t refund you. So just buyer beware

    I have researched your account and see that two meals were sent that should not have been. We apologize this happened, but we did in fact refund you for those two items the day you called in.
    An email confirmation was also sent to you on 11/7/22 discussing the refund. The refund can take the standard 3-7 business days to reflect back to your account.
